Returns & Exchanges

You will find all the information you require to place your order (should you need additional assistance) on our website or you can contact us by phone or for the fastest reply please use our chat system which you will find on every page.

How Can I Track My Order

You will need your tracking number from your email confirmation we have sent you. You can use this number to track your order via the relevant courier websites not all items will have a tracking number.

I Have Received The Wrong Item

Please contact our Customer Care Team or use the Chat for fast response. Include your order number and our Customer Care team will be very happy to put this right for you.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Item 

You will need to contact us immediately after placing the order and we will do everything we can to amend your order (sorry once an item is in production we can’t change it or amend it so please ensure you order carefully).

We regret but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order. We generally process all orders within 1-6 hours and once your order has been processed by our team, we will be unable to make any changes.

Returning My Order UK

You can refund or exchange items that you are not happy with, within 28 days of notifying us. You have 60 Days in which to report any return but obviously, if your item arrived damaged or you ordered the wrong size it makes sense to do this immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

In the event of a return, we will send (via email) a product returns label 

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Personalised Items cannot be returned unless they are damaged on arrival. Please take a quick photo with your phone to speed up your return of the damaged item.

To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the returns and exchange form that customer service please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.

  2. Mail the item(s) to our Returns Department using the free returns label if item damaged on arrival or send back for refund or exchange by your chosen carrier.

  3. Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for an exchange or refund and we will keep you updated via email on the progress.

Returns From Rest Of World 

Overseas customers are allowed up to 45 days for us to receive the item back to allow for the delivery time back to our UK or US warehouse based on where you placed the order originally. Please take care not to return items to the wrong location as this will make it impossible to process your refund.

Not a problem just speak to our customer care team via chat or send us an email to support@inspiredstore.co.uk and we will send you another one.

  • Refund or Exchange Authorisation Number.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund

Exchanges

  • Once we have received your return we will process this within 1-2 business days and your exchange will be shipped out to you. Your package will be sent out to you on our standard delivery service. See delivery info.

  • You will receive an email with your new order number and confirmation that your new order has been despatched.

Refund

  • Once your order has been received at our warehouse we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Your refund may take up to 5-7 business days after to show in your account, this is dependant on your issuing bank and we have no control over this.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS? Please email support@inspiredstore.co.uk with the current email address linked to your account and the email address that you would like to change it to and we will change this on your account for you.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A CLOTHING ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

  • If your clothing doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). Send your unworn and unwashed items to ATTENTION: EXCHANGES – SIZE

    • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed to be sent back. Additional charges may apply such as reshipping. Reshipping Fees: Please send the exact amount. If you do not, it will take longer to complete the return process.
      You have 30 days to exchange your item.
      Please Note:
      -Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The Post Office has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
      -If you have a question about your return, contact us at support@inspiredstore.co.uk. At our discretion, we may waive this fee but this will be clearly detailed in your returns form.

  • How do I return a clothing item for a refund?

    • If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 60 days. We do not refund shipping cost.

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please send your Return to ATTENTION:

  • What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?

    • If this happens, we are truly sorry and will aim to put it right quickly. If you could please send us a picture of the problem we will be able to deal with the matter even faster.

    • Please email us at support@inspiredstore.co.uk or for faster response via chat and tell us your order number and how you feel we have gone wrong.

    • Rest assured as per our customer promise we will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item.

    • We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us.

    • Sorry, we are human and do make mistakes sometimes.

    • We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP as we said a photo helps us speed up the process!
