If you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING this will automatically be calculated by the cart.
If you wish to use a coupon code or use your reward points for payment these are NOT used until you are ready to complete your order and then entered in the box provided.

We accept most Credit Cards, Debit Cards for payment through our payment processors Paypal and Square and Stripe. Sorry, but we do NOT accept cash or cheque payments for goods at Inspired Store we do NOT accept any COD orders.
Delivery within most of the UK will usually be during weekdays 2-3 working days although this may vary depending on when you place your order and also location.
At busy times please understand we are working hard to get your item too you but often delivery may take a little longer we recommend waiting a full week before assuming delivery has gone astray.
In reality, this is a rare occurrence and local conditions may be a reason for a delay which is beyond our control.

Delivery Within EU
Delivery within the EU will usually be within 7-10 working days again this may vary depending on your local service and the item ordered.
Dispatch From Out Of EU and UK
Delivery on occasions may come from stockists outside of the UK and EU, in this case, we will advise you both on the order page and also at the time of check out how long delivery is likely to be.
You should remember that any countries customs may hold items as long as they deem necessary which can lead to delays if you wish to know the status of an item from outside the EU or UK we will do our best to try and track it for you.

We do not save any payment details on our systems as they only retained by your payment processor which we have chosen to put in their capable hands for your security.
We have set up our online store to send a data cache to your browser, this means if you choose to save any payment details whilst on our website, they will save to the browser of your computer and not our database.
In addition, all our websites feature the very latest SSL security for your security.
We will only retain basic information such as email and name within our systems.
Your order will be processed, packaged and sent out for delivery at the earliest opportunity as outlined in our promise to you.
You will receive an email when your order has been sent for delivery after that time we will no longer be able to track your delivery, If no tracking number is supplied.
Not all parcels will be sent with tracking number but where possible we will keep you appraised of your item as much as we are able.
Whilst we always aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible which usually is within 2 days working days of ordering.
On occasions, things may take a little longer especially at busy times and also where any form of personalisation (when applicable) needs to be completed first.
Of course, if the product is being sent directly from one of our partners who we work with we will work with them to keep you informed as much as possible of any potential delay or stock issue.
We have found that most customers prefer not to have an invoice in the items sent them for various reasons so our standard policy is for a receipt to be sent via email at the time you make payment for the goods ordered.
Also, should you wish to make a bulk order (for business or charity, school or whatever)
We can submit a formal invoice but this may take an extra day.
